Polyethylene Polypropylene (PPE)
Polyethylene Polypropylene (PPE)
Product Description
Polypropylene Polyethylene Inks (PPE) are specifically formulated for use on polyethylene and polypropylene substrates and non-porous surfaces, making them ideal for packaging, labeling, and signages. It is a reliable choice for high-quality printing solutions on plastic materials.
Certain plastic materials may require the use of a Treating Agent to enhance ink adhesion. Applied as a thin layer on the substrate or print area before printing, the treating agent prepares the surface, improving the PPE Ink's ability to bond effectively with the material.

Additives/Auxiliary
Additives/Auxiliary
Blockout Fillers or Red Fillers are used to block out unwanted designs or to retouch damaged areas of a stencil by applying directly to the affected sections of the screen, ensuring a clean and precise print.
It is a chemical solution designed to assist in removing stubborn ink residues that clog the screen mesh during the screen-printing process.
Functions as a diluting agent when the ink becomes thick or viscous and serves as a cleaning agent for the screen throughout the production process.
Screen Mesh and Squeegee
Screen Mesh and Squeegee
150T – 420T, monofilament
A higher mesh count is recommended for smaller prints; the finer the details, the higher the mesh count should be. Ensure proper tension and stretch to achieve sharper, more precise print results.
Squeegee
- Hard (80-90 durometer)
Square (straight edge)
Recommended Curing Parameters
Recommended Curing Parameters
Drying Time: 24 hours
Method: Air dry with proper ventilation

Relative Humidity: 40% - 60%
Clean-Up
Clean-Up
Apply the solvent cleaner to a clean cloth or wipe and then gently wipe the screen and other tools used to dissolve and remove ink residues. Repeat this process until the materials used are clean.
Product Safety, Handling and Storage
Product Safety, Handling and Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Keep containers tightly shut to prevent evaporation and contamination.
General Considerations
General Considerations
During stencil art exposure, it is best to use solvent-resistant stencil emulsion, Photo Flash SRK.
Provide at least 1mm of off-contact for the frame to the substrate or material to achieve a good quality print. Adjust off-contact if necessary.
Allow a curing period of 24 hours for the ink to properly adhere to the substrate or material before conducting any scratch or rub tests to evaluate quality and adhesion.
