Frame Adhesive is a specialized bonding solution made for attaching screen printing mesh on frames. This adhesive creates a firm, long-lasting bond that keeps the material securely in place during printing, perfect for precise printing. Compatible with wood and aluminum frames.

Product Application and Usage

Apply thinly and evenly on all sides of the frame where mesh is to be attached. You may use a recycled squeegee for even application.

Screen Mesh and Squeegee

Attach different screen meshes with varying mesh counts.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • You may dry it naturally or use a heat gun set to low heat temperature. Make sure that the heat gun is angled not too closely to the material as this may burn the screen mesh.

Clean-Up

Wash materials used with mineral spirit. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Product Safety, Handling and Storage

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
